For more than eighteen years Mr. Newman has
worked to address environmental challenges with
innovative solutions. His
focus
is dedicated to finding an affordable
replacement solution for the motor vehicles
antiquated gross polluting internal combustion
engine. His
purpose is to
develop and promote
non-polluting electromotive and supporting
technologies that
contribute
to achieve sustainable reduction of global
greenhouse gases by
reducing the dependence for all combustion type fuels used
in ground transportation. The foundation
delivers a means to explore the viability and
potential commercialization of various
ideas and inventions that offer increased electromotive
energy efficiency and reduce or eliminate the
need for additions to existing or new type of
refueling support
infrastructure.

Benefit Corporation. It was formed as a
charitable scientific research and environmental
education organization. The foundations key focus is to
develop and promote the use of non
polluting sustainable energy motor vehicle
technologies and other
renewable energy
resources to achieve overall reduction of
